Lucas and Shannon Findon
Ever been left guessing each day what time your tradie's turning up, or if they're turning up at all? And they leave a mess behind!
We keep you in the loop and leave things spotless.
Lucas has 20+ years on the tools and a quiet way about him. Shannon answers the phone and puts you at ease straight away.
We take our shoes off, give you a heads-up before anything noisy starts, and leave your place just as tidy as we found it.
Lucas's rule: "I get to them before they get to me." We keep you one step ahead, so you know when we're coming, what's happening, and what to expect.
Every month we donate to One Tree Planted, and every dollar plants a tree. Book a job with us and you're helping too.
Most of our work is fixing things in Tauranga homes. Here's how it works: call us, we turn up when we say, and it's done right.
Bathroom Plumbing
Tap and mixer installation, toilet installation and repair, and vanity, shower and bath plumbing. Done tidy, with your floors protected.
Kitchen Plumbing
Sink and dishwasher installation, waste disposal units, plumbed fridges, tap installation and repair, and water filter maintenance.
General Plumbing Repairs
Leak detection and repair, pipe repairs, burst watermain repair, and leaking tap repair and replacement. We fix the cause, not the drip.
Plumbing for Office & Retail Fitouts
Commercial bathroom installation and commercial kitchen fit outs for offices, shops and cafes. Lucas brings the same care to every job.
Plumbing Maintenance Contracts
Scheduled servicing and compliance certification for businesses and landlords, so problems get picked up before they cost you.
Hot Water Systems
Gas, electric and heat pump hot water cylinder installation, plus low to mains pressure hot water cylinder upgrades for better showers.
Hot Water Repairs & Servicing
Hot water cylinder repair and no hot water callouts. We know how hard it is with little kids, older family, or a full house.
Drainlaying
Soak hole installation, stormwater drainage, sewer drainage, septic tanks and effluent fields, and rainwater tanks.
Drain Clearing
Blocked drain clearing and CCTV drain inspection, so we can see what's causing the blockage and fix it, not guess.
Roofing, Gutters & Spouting
Roof leak repair, flashing repair and replacement, and gutter cleaning and repair. Certifying plumbers are qualified roofers too.
Gas Fitting Installation
Gas hob installation, gas heater installation, and gas fire installation and servicing, all certified by a licensed gasfitter.
Gas Fitting Safety & Compliance
Gas safety checks and gas leak repairs, with a certificate when we're done, so you know your gas appliances are safe to use.
Emergency Plumbing Callouts
Burst pipes, blocked toilets, flooding, gas leaks. Not our speciality, but in business hours we'll help if we can, or say who to call.
Heating
Underfloor heating, woodburner installation, and radiator installation and maintenance. Lucas has built whole-home heating systems.
"In my early days in Auckland, I worked under a project director on some seriously high-end jobs. This guy was meticulous, particular, an absolute perfectionist, and it rubbed off on me. I figured, 'If I can nail it with this guy, I can work with anybody.'"
